Cinema & TV Reload: What’s Ready and What’s Cooking in VOD

Cinema & TV Reload: What’s Ready and What’s Cooking in VOD

There are only a few places !

In Switzerland as elsewhere in Europe, VOD has become a major actor in distributing films and series to the general public. Yet, although many discussions, talks and other keynote speeches have been dedicated to this tool’s positive and negative aspects, it is clear that there are few figures available and that reliable information is rare. The Geneva Digital Market will host an information roundtable discussion on VOD and online distribution services. The aim is to assess the actual situation, to establish a statistical report of the VOD exploitation of Switzerland and Europe’s independent film industry and of TV platforms, and to review the major changes announced for the next eighteen months.

5.30pm - 7pm
