In a madcap, absurd and quirky world, Beach Body Bros invites you into a musical journey that is both silly and possible. You attend a muscle workout on a beach in the company of body-built buddies in swim briefs who look at you and encourage you while you are morphing into a mountain of muscles under the setting sun. All this to a 1980s-inspired soundtrack that will boost your energy levels.
