Since 2021, the GIFF has been shaking things up with a new inclusive and innovative formula for its features and series juries. In a bid to break down barriers between various audiovisual sectors and following three inspiring experiments, the Festival is once again inviting its audiences to be part of two of its juries.

This invitation honors festival-goers and up-and-coming Swiss filmmakers, offering them the opportunity to live a full jury experience, alongside film enthusiasts, professionals, and some of the most interesting figures in audiovisual creation.

Want to become a jury member at an international festival and discover the best of today’s series?

A contest is giving the chance to three enthusiasts to take on the role of a jury, with a VIP welcome, large-screen projections, deliberations and the prize-giving ceremony. The Jury will award the prestigious Reflet d’Or for the best series 2024.

Notice to film and audiovisual arts students and graduates!

The Jury for the International Feature Competition will be made up of a renowned guest along with four students and/or graduates (alumni) in film and audiovisual arts from Swiss universities and HES-SO schools.

The Jury will award the Reflet d’Or for the best feature film 2024.
