Discover the work of a Mexican artist, Maremoto, and her emphasis on the role of women in society. A multimedia project complementing an international documentary series.
Draw for change is a documentary series that examines the role of female press cartoonists and their ability to observe social inequality and the fight for feminist causes around the world. This extraordinary work, which combines live action and animation, takes the form of a virtual reality segment located in Mexico. Meet Mar Maremoto, a Mexican artist who uses her cartoons to decry the situation of women in her country. A hard-hitting project that examines the impact of art on awareness.
