The initial scene, a daring and shocking opening, could by itself sum up the maturity that the genre has reached in the last ten years. We discover a group of terrorists opening fire inside a Danish restaurant. Time stretches. Bodies lie on the floor. It’s blunt, with no frills. Then the action unfolds, going back in time, following each of the protagonists, generating meaning and reflection. The series becomes a mosaic. What a brilliant idea.
