A Taiwanese house open on the street. The family gathers around the grandmother. Children, grandchildren, close and distant relatives. Some leave, other arrive. A beautiful and melancholy work, seen from the grandmother’s point of view. The essence of VR.

On a summer afternoon, a whole family gathers in their grandmother’s house. An immersion into the life of the protagonist who is constantly surrounded and solicited by her children and grandchildren, although she is no longer able to interact with them. This first virtual reality film by Taiwanese director Hsu Chih Yen is a work of poignant and melancholic cinematography about the passing of time and the subtlety of family ties.
