The latest collaboration of the duo PARKing CHANce, except that here Park Chan-wook produces and his brother Parl Chan-kyong directs, Believe it or not is based on real characters who all traveled in North and South Korea despite the separation of the two countries. Their accounts give rise to this work, halfway between video art and a traditional short movie, where Korean identity (finally?) finds its unicity again.
